Solo analysis of 9 years of Zillow Rental Index data alongside income and homelessness metrics for WA State. Identified inflection points where rent outpaced income growth.
End-to-end behavioral analysis on a simulated e-commerce dataset. RFM segmentation, cohort retention, and funnel analysis across 100K+ order records. Documentation includes INSIGHTS.md and README.
Streamlit dashboard fed by the FRED API: trend regression, a composite Economic Health Score, Sahm Rule recession tracking, and ARIMA(1,1,1) forecasts with confidence bands. Interactive charts built with Plotly.
